An aviation retailer selling gear people fly on carries real liability exposure, and the assumption-of-risk and limitation-of-liability sections below in particular should be written or reviewed by an attorney licensed in your state. Do not treat this as sufficient.Who you’re buying from
TODO(owner) — Insert the registered business entity, its state of formation, and a contact address for legal notices. Per BRIEF §12 the entity is still an open item. Note the site deliberately publishes no street address (hard rule #4) — a legal-notice address may still be required here, which is a question for the attorney.Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. An order is an offer to buy; it’s accepted when we charge your card and confirm it. Prices are re-checked against our records when your order is placed, so if a price is displayed in error we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.
Complete paramotors are sold by quote rather than through checkout — see shipping. A quote is not an order until both sides confirm it.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and never touch our servers — we never see, store, or handle your card number.
Sales tax
We do not currently collect sales tax at checkout. Any tax owed on your purchase is your responsibility.
Shipping and returns
Covered separately: shipping policy and returns & refunds. Both form part of these terms.
Training
Training reserves with a 50% deposit; the balance is due before or at the course. Courses run in small cohorts and are weather-dependent. Instruction is provided subject to the cancellation terms in returns & refunds.
Assumption of risk
Powered paragliding is an aviation activity that carries a genuine risk of serious injury or death. Gear bought here is used entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for training with a qualified instructor, flying within your certification and ability, maintaining your equipment, and complying with all applicable aviation regulations in your area.
Nothing on this site — including our guides, spec tables, the Find My Wing quiz, or advice from us over email — is a substitute for instruction from a qualified instructor or for the manufacturer’s own documentation.
